Fanny Cavalié

In her role as Chief Strategy and Business Operations Officer, Fanny guides Foghorn Therapeutics’ corporate strategy, business development, alliance management, program leadership, commercial development, communication, and operations. She brings over 15 years of international healthcare experience across multiple disease areas and stages of drug development and commercialization.

Prior to joining the company, Fanny held various roles at Biogen, including head of multiple sclerosis portfolio strategies and head of launch excellence. Most recently, she was the global commercial development lead for Biogen’s neurodegeneration therapeutic area. In this role, she was responsible for the launch preparation for aducanumab in Alzheimer’s disease, market development, commercial alliances, and new product planning for multiple assets in the preclinical and clinical stages.
