Tanisha Banaszczyk

Principal at Folklore Ventures

Tanisha Banaszczyk is the current principal at Folklore Ventures. Banaszczyk has an extensive background in philanthropy, having worked as a portfolio manager for the Minderoo Foundation's Strategic Investment Fund. At the Minderoo Foundation, Banaszczyk was responsible for sourcing and leading investments, as well as refining the fund's investment strategy.

Banaszczyk has also worked as a limited partner at Loyal VC, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of investments. In their current role at Folklore Ventures, Banaszczyk focuses on early-stage investments in technology and consumer companies.

Tanisha Banaszczyk has an Achievement Scholar from the Executive Master in Finance (EMFin) at INSEAD. Tanisha is also a CFA Institute Partner and Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) holder from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Tanisha also has a Curtin Accounting Experience certification from Curtin University.
