Jaclyn Ooi

Jaclyn Ooi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in food science and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Development Technologist at Fonterra since April 2022, Jaclyn previously held roles at Nestlé, where responsibilities included product and packaging technology from 2019 to 2022 and product management from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, Jaclyn worked as a Senior Research & Development Technologist at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2017 to 2019, leading projects across diverse product categories, and as an R&D Chemist at Mewah Group from 2010 to 2012, focusing on product development and technical support. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Nutrition from UCSI University.
