Jocelyn Mah is an experienced e-commerce and marketing professional with a strong background in leading consumer-focused initiatives. Currently serving as Ecommerce Channel Manager at Fonterra since September 2021, Jocelyn previously held roles at Arla Foods as Assistant Manager for E-commerce and Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive, where consumer insights were leveraged to connect brands with audiences. Earlier experience includes brand management roles at Etika Group of Companies, overseeing the Wonda Coffee brand and PepsiCo products, as well as positions at Unilever and Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd.
