The current board of directors at Fonterra has a wide range of experience in different aspects of the food and agriculture industries. This is reflected in the variety of positions and companies that the directors have previously worked for, as well as the different educational backgrounds that they hold. Some of the previous experiences and education histories of the board of directors include working as a director at EastPack Limited and Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd, being a trustee at Dairy Women's Network, being a member of the Global Supply Advisory Board at Zespri International, and having a background in marketing management from Waikato University.
