Chinonso Jerry Enwenyeokwu

Chinonso Jerry Enwenyeokwu has extensive experience in operations and business management within the food service industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Food Concepts PLC since December 2016, Chinonso also holds the position of Business Manager and Restaurant Manager at Chicken Republic, a division of Food Concepts PLC, since June 2013. Responsibilities include planning daily restaurant activities, stock control, and audit analysis. Previous roles include Maintenance and Production Supervisor, as well as Quality Control Officer at Godilogo Farms Nigeria Ltd, where oversight of equipment and production processes was key. Early experience includes positions at Chicken Republic and Bee Bee Bakeries. Chinonso holds an HND in Food Technology from Yaba College of Technology, obtained in 2011.
