Previously, Lamont held positions at Food Bank For New York City as Individual Giving Manager and Individual Giving Officer, and at World Animal Protection as Annual Fund Manager, where significant fundraising milestones were achieved. Lamont's earlier roles include Digital Fundraising Analyst at ASPCA and various marketing and fundraising positions at American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, and Source Interlink Enthusiast Media.
