Karlijn Batstra

Karlijn Batstra currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Service at Foodello - Fiksuruoka.fi since January 2022, having previously held the position of Head of Customer Service for the Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to Foodello, Karlijn worked at Noorderlicht Café from June 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included floormanager, public relations, and service employee. Previous experience includes a role as Customer Service Specialist at ContactCare from April 2016 to November 2017 and service employee at De Heren van Zeist from September 2014 to December 2015. Karlijn Batstra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communicatie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht between 2015 and 2021.
