Carlos Lau

Carlos Lau is the Founder and CEO of KURIOS, a company that offers training and fractional teams to help businesses adapt to the digital and AI landscape, with a team comprising veterans from top tech firms like Stripe and Amazon. Lau serves as an Official Member and Expert Contributor for the Forbes Technology Council, an exclusive community for technology leaders recognized for their contributions to business growth. Previous advisory roles include positions at Alicorp and Banco de Crédito BCP, two of the largest companies in Peru, focusing on digital, product, and growth strategies. Lau was also the Managing Director at UTEC Ventures, a Latin American tech startup accelerator, where guidance was provided to over 50 startups.
