Timothy Wieneke

Timothy Wieneke, Esq., GC, CPCU, AIC, serves as a Building Consultant, Estimator, and Appraiser at Forcon International since November 2018, conducting forensic investigations and providing cost estimates for residential and commercial properties. Timothy is the President of Claims ADR, an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm specializing in insurance disputes, and has held roles as a Senior Consultant at Intertek since August 2021. As the founder of New Adjusters, Timothy created a significant online community for adjusters, providing resources and support for newcomers in the industry. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Property Claims Examiner at Church Pension Group and various adjusting roles in property and liability claims across multiple companies. Timothy earned a Doctor of Law degree from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Evangel University, with ongoing studies towards a Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition at Liberty University.
