Carla Gale

Carla Gale has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Ford Motor Company, where a career spanned from January 1998 to September 2022, culminating in the role of Director of Technology Planning for Vehicle Programs. Previous positions at Ford included Manager of Enterprise Connectivity for North American Passenger Vehicles and roles in Vehicle Planning and as a Research Assistant in the Scientific Research Lab, focusing on metallurgy of light cast aluminum alloys for engine applications. Carla's academic background includes a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Florida, where involvement included serving as President of TMS and participating in Alternative Spring Break activities.
