Jessica van Remmen

Jessica Van Remmen is an accomplished talent management leader with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Executive Director of Talent Management at Ford Motor Company since July 2025. Previously, Jessica held various leadership roles at Apple from January 2014 to June 2025, including Director of Talent Management, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent management strategy for a workforce of 170,000 employees. Prior to Apple, Jessica worked at GE Healthcare, Rockwell Automation, and Eaton in multiple HR management roles, providing strategic partnership and talent leadership across diverse sectors. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School Executive Education.
