Michael Fitzsimmons

Michael Fitzsimmons has extensive experience in labor relations and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Labor Relations at Ford Motor Company since October 2025, Michael has previously held significant roles at Boeing, including Vice President of Labor Relations & Global HR Policy, Chief Counsel - Labor, and Senior Counsel - Labor from April 2012 to September 2019. Prior to Boeing, Michael was Senior Labor & Employment Counsel at Microsoft Corporation from December 2008 to April 2012, and held the position of Labor Relations Manager/Labor & Employment Counsel at Sikorsky Aircraft from February 2007 to December 2008. Michael began a career in labor and employment law at Dow Jones, where duties included serving as Labor & Employment Counsel from June 2004 to February 2007.
