Stacy Marable Jr

Stacy Marable Jr is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Area Manager at Ford Motor Company's Pack Assembly Plant within BlueOval Battery Michigan, LLC since September 2025. In addition, Stacy operates as the President and Owner of E & I Consulting, providing leadership development training and consulting for engineering and technical professionals. Prior experiences include a tenure at Rivian as a Senior Operations Manager, where leadership of General Assembly and End-of-Line operations took place, as well as contributions as a Senior Staff Quality Engineer. A significant portion of career history was with Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where leadership roles in quality management focused on vehicle quality and process optimization. Earlier career highlights include design engineering work at Hyundai Kia America Technical Center and an engineering co-op at Mercedes-Benz USA. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.
