Elizabeth Stone

Elizabeth Stone is a Professor of English at Fordham University since September 1981, with extensive experience as a freelance writer and author. Stone's work includes writing, editing, and coaching memoirs and book projects, along with contributions to magazines, websites, newspapers, and books since 1980. Areas of expertise encompass non-fiction writing, including profiles, reviews, reportage, trend pieces, and first-person essays, particularly in the fields of literature, entertainment, health, and science. Stone holds an MA and Ph.D. in English Literature from New York University, along with a BA in English and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
