Sophia Burke

Sophia Burke is a John C Whitehead Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association since July 2022, recognized for contributions to foreign policy discourse in the US. Previous roles include a summer internship as an Executive/Membership Intern at the Foreign Policy Association, where Sophia promoted membership and assisted in program execution, and as an Intern at GZERO Media, writing over 40 articles on geopolitical trends and enhancing media coverage of Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Experience also includes a Program Intern position at the Financial Services Volunteer Corps, providing research and administrative support, and serving as a Ski Instructor at Blue Mountain Resort. Sophia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Development, and Spanish at Tulane University School of Liberal Arts and studied at the University of Cape Town.
