Alayna Matschke

Alayna Matschke is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Forge Resources Group since January 2022, Alayna previously held positions such as HR Manager at PA Peterson at the Citadel and Human Resources Administrator/Benefits Coordinator at Tyson Foods. With initial experience as a Surgery Scheduler at Carlson Orthopedic Clinic, Alayna developed strong skills in patient communication and insurance verification. Additional roles included Human Resources Assistant at Magna International and Administrative Assistant at Aerotek, highlighting expertise in onboarding, attendance tracking, and customer service.
