Megan Gates

Megan Gates, SPHR, currently serves as the Recruitment & Development Manager at Forge Resources Group since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Admin at Sonoco from March 2019 to March 2020, and Lead Recruiter at Gates 2 Employment from October 2015 to December 2019. Megan also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Forge Resources Group between August 2016 and October 2017, and served as Branch Manager at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions from January 2014 to August 2015. Academically, Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Judson University, and completed a College Prep high school program at London Central High School in High Wycombe, England.
