Customer Service and Operations at Forge

Joe Shannon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joe most recently worked at Forge as a Customer Service and Operations employee beginning in October 2021. Prior to that, Joe was employed at Refresh Services LLC and FICO Realty Group, where they held roles in Business Operations from January 2019 to April 2020. Joe also has a long history with the Boston Cannons, starting as a Ticket Sales Account Executive from May 2006 to September 2009. Joe then progressed to become the Director Of Ticket Sales & Operations from September 2009 to January 2018, and later served as the Senior Director Of Operations from January 2018 to December 2018.

Joe Shannon attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Law.
