Jessica Chen is a skilled marketing and content professional with extensive experience in brand management and social engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Brand & Content at Formation Bio since September 2025, Jessica previously worked as a Content Specialist in Sales Enablement at Palantir Technologies and as an Associate Experience Manager at Sprinklr, where contributions included developing social campaigns and tracking performance analytics. Earlier roles involved research and digital content at ROOM and Brain Tech at ES Psychiatric PC, as well as market research and sales at Runwise and Carleton Energy Consulting.
