Tal Z.

Tal Z. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector. Currently serving as CTO at Fortinet following the acquisition of Perception Point, where Tal Z. held the same position, contributions include developing innovative technologies and enhancing product strategy. Prior to Perception Point, Tal Z. founded and led Hysolate as CTO, pioneering isolation and virtualization technologies. Experience also includes key roles at VMware, leading innovation in end-user computing, and a foundational role at Wanova, which was acquired by VMware. Early career milestones include leadership in mission-critical software development for the Israeli Ministry of Defense and academic contributions at Technion. Tal Z. holds both BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science from Technion.
