Emil Forsmann

Emil Forsmann is a design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives within various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Fortiv since October 2025, Emil has previously held key roles such as Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer at Resights, and a Senior Product Designer position at Portchain. Emil co-founded Layerise, acting as Chief Design Officer, where the focus was on transforming after-sales setups for hardware companies. Prior experience includes roles at Weorder, Tattoodo as the first in-house product designer, and freelance graphic design work, along with educational credentials from Copenhagen Business School and EK - Erhvervsakademi København that emphasize organization, management, and digital concept development.
