Holly previously held the position of Customer Service Supervisor before being promoted to Customer Service Assistant Manager and eventually to Customer Service Manager & Vendor Support. Prior to their time at Fortnum & Mason, Holly worked at Tesco for over a decade in Front End Management, focusing on customer-facing roles.
