Peter Kotiadis

Peter Kotiadis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the building products and materials industries. Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Development at Fortune Brands Innovations since December 2022, Peter previously held the role of Vice President of Advanced Development at Fortune Brands Outdoors & Security. Prior to these positions, Peter was Vice President of Innovation and Executive Director of Research & Product Development at Fiberon Decking, managing significant R&D initiatives. Peter's career also includes leadership roles in research, product design, and engineering across various companies, such as Tech-Wood North America and Royal Group Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed product design, plant design, and the successful launch of numerous products. Peter holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, attained in 1990.
