Bridget Veerhoff is the Practice Director at Forum One. Bridget has over eight years of experience in user-centered design consultancy, helping government agencies, nonprofits, and enterprises with a social-impact mission make decisions and implement change.
Veerhoff began their career as a Fellow at Kiva.org, where they helped microlender ACCION fund over $100,000 in loans through Kiva.org. Bridget then established processes ensuring they could maintain this funding source on their own.
In 2010, they joined Anthro-Tech, Inc. as a User-Centered Design Consultant. There, they supported client decision making and change implementation through such work as designing & conducting research, presenting and interpreting results, designing interfaces, managing project teams, etc.
Some of their notable projects include leading research for and creating data-driven personas and recommendations for EnergySavers.gov, conducting studies for the evaluation of SoundTransit.org, and designing & conducting multiple studies for the Webform evaluation.
In 2013, Veerhoff joined Forum One as a Project Officer. In their current role as Practice Director, they lead a team of user experience designers, researchers, and content strategists who create digital experiences that have a lasting impact.
Bridget Veerhoff has a Masters in Human Computer Interactions from Carnegie Mellon University. Bridget also has certification from Cardinal Path in the Cardinal Path Training Academy - Analytics Certification.
Their manager is Chris Wolz, CEO & President. They are on a team with Brian Graves - VP, Engineering, Lourdes Sanders - CFO, and Tim Shaw - User Experience Director.
