Neil Budd OBE has been serving as a Fellow at the Forward Institute since 2015 and has held an officer position within HM Government since August 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Bristol (1997-2000) and a Master's degree from King's College London.
