Laura Perry is the Vice President, Sales & Operations at Forward Tilt. Prior to joining Forward Tilt, Laura served as the National Sales Manager, Public Sector at Allsteel from April 2017 to September 2020. In this role, Laura was responsible for managing Allsteel's public sector sales nationwide.
Before their time at Allsteel, Laura was the Manager, Education | Healthcare at Knoll from June 2014 to April 2017. In this role, Laura managed account penetration and development for the Western Division of Knoll, with a focus on understanding the issues healthcare systems and higher education accounts were facing in order to assist clients in leveraging their workplaces to achieve business objectives through the application of workspace insights. Laura also trained regional sales managers, sales representatives, and dealer partners in how to sell to and service clients in these vertical markets.
Laura's professional journey began in 1996 when they started as a Regional Sales Manager at Globe Furniture Rentals/Globe Instant Office. Laura held this position until 2001 when they became the Director of Sales at US Business Interiors. Laura left US Business Interiors in 2004 to start their own company, Synergy Contract Group. Laura served as the Principal of Synergy Contract Group from May 2004 to February 2010. In 2010, Laura joined Steelcase as a Strategic Account Manager and held this position until 2014 when they joined Knoll.
Laura's experience in sales and operations management, along with their deep understanding of the issues facing healthcare and education clients, makes their an invaluable asset to Forward Tilt.
Laura Perry has a degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business. Laura also has certification from The Ergonomics Center of North Carolina State University as an Accredited Office Ergonomics Evaluator (AOEE).
