Terri Pugh

Director, Civic Engagement

Terri Pugh is the Director of Civic Engagement at Foundation for Climate Restoration. Prior to their current position, Terri was an Analyst with Insight Global and Office Administration- Import Operations with Vinity Wine Company. In October 2018, Terri became a Democratic Party Deputy Field Organizer with the California Democratic Party. Terri is passionate about environmental issues and believes that everyone has a role to play in climate restoration.


Terri Pugh has a Master's degree in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Oregon State University, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Humanities from Monterey Peninsula College. Terri also has certification from Peking University in Chinese for Beginners, The Johns Hopkins University in Contact Tracer Certification, University of Geneva in Water Resources Management and Policy, Stanford University in Human Trafficking Awareness, and Stanford University in America’s Poverty Course. In addition, they have a certification from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in Development Project Management Institute.


A direct report to Terri Pugh is and Jake Kelley - Civic Engagement & Policy Specialist. They are on a team with Julia Dederer - Director, Organizational Development, Hilda Berganza - Project Manager & Youth Program Director, and Delaney Pues - Director, Solutions, Equity & Stewardship. Terri Pugh reports to Rick Wayman, CEO.
