Lance Adsit serves as the Director of Operations for the 49 Test and Evaluations Squadron, focusing on B-52 operational test missions, with a career in the United States Air Force beginning in May 2009. Additional roles within the Air Force include Legislative Liaison for USSTRATCOM, Chief of Bomber and Nuclear Programs, Fellow at the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration, and Senior Offensive Duty Officer at the 608 Air Operations Center. Lance is currently a National Security Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and is pursuing a Wharton Public Policy Certificate at Penn Wharton Budget Model. Prior experience includes a DOE Fellowship at the National Nuclear Security Administration, a Weapons Officer Upgrade at USAF Weapons School, and various marketing roles prior to military service. Academic achievements consist of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, an MBA in Finance/Energy Finance from Oklahoma State University, and foundational studies in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Edinburgh.
