Niamh Donnelly

Niamh Donnelly is a technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and robotics. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Akara Robotics since January 2021, Niamh is also a member of Founders Pledge since February 2025. Previous roles include Computer Vision Engineer at Swan and AI and Computer Vision Researcher at Trinity College's Robotics and Innovation Lab. Niamh started a career as a Machine Learning Specialist at The Analytics Store. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Dublin City University.
