Douglas Ryan

Douglas Ryan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and business development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial since September 2025, Ryan previously held key positions at Colliers, including Executive Vice President and Principal, where expertise in office brokerage and landlord/tenant representation was demonstrated. Prior experience includes co-founding Phenomics Health and holding leadership roles at CBRE, Ibex Advisory LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield. Ryan earned a Master's degree in Urban Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
