Eric Paul

Eric Paul serves as president of Four Springs Capital Markets, where he is responsible for developing strategic initiatives to help grow the firm. He possesses more than 25 years of experience developing marketing programs for financial services, technology, and consumer products companies. Eric previously served as chief marketing officer at Black Creek Group and Dividend Capital from 2004 to 2018, where he helped the firm establish itself as one of the most respected and successful sponsors and manager of real estate-focused alternative investments in the country. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
