Adam Daley

Adam Daley is an experienced executive in the field of audit and risk management, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Fox Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Adam served as Vice President of Internal Audit at AMC Networks from June 2010 to April 2022, where responsibilities included establishing the Global Internal Audit function and managing a skilled team of auditors, along with developing risk assessment processes and the annual audit budget. Adam also held positions at Ernst & Young, starting as a Manager in Assurance and later advancing to Director of Internal Audit. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hofstra University, completed in 2003.
