Nikhil Gilani is the Co-Founder and CBO of Foxy. Nikhil has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Foxy, they were the Global Platform Head at Builder. Nikhil has also held various positions at Bharti Airtel Limited and [Tata Communications](/org/tata-communications). 

Nikhil Gilani has played a pivotal role in the growth of the telecommunications industry in India. Nikhil was part of the team that launched Airtel's 4G services in India, making Airtel the first Indian telco to launch 4G. Nikhil has also been responsible for the pricing and business planning functions for mobile services at Airtel. In their role as the head of consumer marketing, they led the team that developed and implemented the segmented U&R strategy for broadband and data services. 

At [Tata Communications](/org/tata-communications), they were part of the team that developed the product design, business case and investment plan for broadband services. Nikhil also focused on product management and access strategy for broadband services.

Nikhil Gilani has an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a BA in Business Economics from Delhi University. Nikhil has experience in strategy and marketing, and was a member of the placement team and the marketing club at ISB. Nikhil also led the ISB team to 2nd place at IIMA's International Business Plan Competition.

Chandranshu is the Co-Founder and CTO at [Foxy](/org/foxy-famous). Prior to that, they were with [OfBusiness](/org/ofbusiness) as Cofounder and Head of Products. Chandranshu has also worked with DevFactory as Chief Architect, and Centhrix Technologies as Head of Technology. Chandranshu has also been with Hike Ezee as Development Lead, and Architect | CTO | Technical Advisor at Self employed. Chandranshu started their career as Tech Lead at Saholic.com and later became Module Lead at Lime Labs LLC. Chandranshu has also worked with Versata as Technical Associate.

Chandranshu's educational career began when they attended high school at Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Bokaro Steel City. Chandranshu then pursued a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur.

Kartik Sheth is currently the Founder and CEO of [Foxy](/org/foxy-famous), a previous company they also worked for. Kartik has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Wynk Limited from March 2015 to May 2018, and before that, they were the Chief Innovation Officer at airtel from May 2013 to May 2018. Kartik was responsible for incubating product and business development of new services until they reach scale, such as the national launch of 4G/LTE and Wynk Music and Movies. From January 2011 to April 2013, Kartik was the Chief Operating Officer at Lakme Salons. Kartik began their career working as a Software Design Engineer at Tech Mahindra Ltd. from January 1999 to December 2002, and then at Mahindra British Telecom from October 1999 to June 2002. In 2004, Kartik joined McKinsey & Co. as an Associate Principal and worked there until 2011.

Kartik Sheth has a PGP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electronics from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).

Kartik Sheth

Sachin Singhal is the Co-Founder and COO of [Foxy](/org/foxy-famous). Sachin was previously the CBO at Wynk Limited from February 2017 to June 2019. At Wynk, Sachin led the Product, Content and Growth teams. Sachin also launched the Airtel TV App, which is an end-to-end video content app with 350+ live TV channels, premium movies & original content from Zee5, Alt, Hooq, HungamaPlay, ErosNow, HoiChoi and bundles subscriptions with Amazon Prime Videos & Netflix. Sachin also scaled up monetisation from near zero to a multi million dollar business in 6 quarters.

Before Wynk, Sachin was the VP Marketing, Mobile Internet Products & Platforms at [Bharti Airtel](/org/bharti-airtel) Limited from March 2013 to April 2016. At [Bharti Airtel](/org/bharti-airtel), Sachin launched India's first 4G service and grew the mobile data business by 100% YoY for 3 years.

Sachin was also the VP, Products & Operations at Tradus.com, Ecommerce Marketplace at ibibo Group from February 2012 to March 2013. At Tradus, Sachin grew GMV by 3X and traffic by 5X in 1 year.

Lastly, Sachin was the Product & Business Head at One97 Communications Limited from August 2009 to March 2011. At One97, Sachin grew the business to $100m in GMV in 2 years and launched India's first mobile payments product - 'PayTM'.

Sachin Singhal attended the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where they studied Textile Technology. Sachin then went on to study at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they earned their PGDM (MBA). Sachin also attended Nilgiri Hostel, IIT Delhi for their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree. Finally, they completed their schooling at Universal Public School.

Samir Desai is the current Chief Content Officer at [Foxy](/org/foxy-famous). Prior to this, they were the Business Head- OYO Workspaces and Vice President Customer Service and Experience at OneAssist Consumer Solutions. Samir has also worked as the Head-Training at Lakme Lever, where they were responsible for leading the function which handles skill development for 2,000+ technical and managerial staff working in 200+ salons. Samir has also worked as a Director at Ignite Education Pvt. Ltd. and an Education Consultant at [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company). Samir's most recent role was as Program Coordinator at [Naandi Foundation](/org/naandi-foundation), where they were responsible for managing two programs running in MCGM schools - Mumbai Public Schools Program and School Excellence Program. Samir has a passion for education and has dedicated their career to making a positive impact on the lives of children.
Samir Desai is a graduate of K.J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, where they earned their Master of Management Studies degree in Finance and General management. Samir attended the school from 2002 to 2004.
