Neha Prabhugaonkar

Neha Prabhugaonkar is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Fractal since April 2024. Prior to this role, Neha co-founded Crux Intelligence, where Neha held the position of Head of Data Science from March 2021 to March 2024, contributing to the development of an AI-powered business analytics platform that enhances decision-making for executives through natural language processing. Neha also served as Lead Data Scientist at Fractal Analytics from November 2015 to March 2021, focusing on analytical consulting and engineering solutions. Neha's academic background includes an M.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and experience as a research assistant and faculty member at Goa University and IIT Bombay, participating in several national R&D projects in AI and NLP.
