Scott Bradley

Scott Bradley is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager currently overseeing air-to-air capability at Frankenburg Technologies since September 2025. Previously, Scott spent a decade at MBDA, where roles included Chief Design Engineer and head of the SPEAR3 Head of Weapon System Equipment Delivery, managing a team of fifteen Engineering Project Managers. Notable contributions included leadership in the UK Complex Warheads Delivery and technical authority for the SPEAR3 Lethality Domain. Earlier in Scott's career at System Design Evaluation Ltd, project management responsibilities spanned various defense research and development, systems engineering, and test programs.
