Iana Koliada

Iana Koliada is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal compliance and management. Currently serving as a Legal Compliance Manager at Franklin Fitch since October 2025, Iana previously held positions as a Legal Associate at Remundo and XML International, focusing on global payroll, international employment compliance, and employee life-cycle management. Prior to these roles, Iana was a Senior Legal Counsel and Project Manager at United Metallurgical Company from November 2017 to February 2022. Iana holds a Specialist degree in Law from Southern Federal University and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Rostov State University of Economics, along with qualifications from QLTS School in SQE preparation.
