Greg Eisenman serves as the Regional Managing Director at Franklin Street, leading the Atlanta office since February 2018 with a focus on strategic growth and brand expansion in Georgia and beyond. Previously, as Managing Director of Retail Tenant Services, Greg directed a team offering tailored services to a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies and local businesses. Prior experience includes a decade at Colliers International, where Greg advanced from Associate to Senior Vice President and Principal, specializing in Retail Tenant Representation and delivering top-tier real estate solutions. Greg holds a BBA in Real Estate with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
