Ayesha Diatta

Ayesha Diatta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional sales and client service within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Institutional Sales Manager for the Southwestern Region at Franklin Templeton since September 2025, Ayesha previously held multiple roles at Western Asset Management, progressing from Client Service Associate to Client Service Executive, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional client service, supporting sales opportunities, and overseeing ESG initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Delta Gamma Fraternity and in various internships that focused on marketing and public relations. Ayesha graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.
