Amber Sprague has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber began their career as a Field Medic in the US Army from January 2006 to April 2008. Amber then transitioned to the role of Human Resources NCO from April 2008 to September 2010. Following that, they served as a Survey Team Member (CBRN) from September 2010 to November 2011.
After their time in the military, Sprague joined Westaff as an On-Site Coordinator from May 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they recruited, screened, and managed temp-to-hire employees for a large metal parts manufacturer. Amber successfully staffed the client's two locations and maintained effective communication with the Human Resource team.
In 2018, Sprague joined Enflo LLC as an Inside Sales Specialist for a brief period from January 2018 to June 2018. Amber then moved on to join FranklinCovey as an Inside Business Partner. In this role, they supported the learning and development goals of clients, including civilian federal government agencies. Amber handled administrative support, account management, sales, and client engagement responsibilities.
Currently, Sprague holds the role of Client Partner at FranklinCovey. Since September 2020, they have been responsible for the company's partnership and work across several public sector clients. As a strategic partner, they understand client needs and recommends content, solutions, and personnel to ensure client satisfaction. Their aim is to deliver solutions that precisely meet each client's unique requirements.
Amber Sprague obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Goodwin University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
