Curtis Bateman

Curtis Bateman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at FranklinCovey since 2014, currently serving as Senior Vice President International and previously holding positions such as Vice President of International Direct Offices and President of FranklinCovey Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Additionally, Curtis has been General Manager of FranklinCovey UK & Ireland since 2015. Prior to FranklinCovey, Curtis was President & CEO of Red Tree Leadership and Spencer Johnson Partners, with a focus on strategic operations and financial management. Curtis also held significant roles at Sandlot Corporation, contributing to substantial revenue growth and leading global sales efforts. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in Business and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
