Sophia W. Hinga, M.Sc. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sophia W. started their career in 2000 as a Training Development Specialist and Product Marketing Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Sophia W. then became a Marketing Promotions & Training Manager before joining Genesys Works as a Program Manager.

In 2010, Sophia transitioned to BP as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they were eventually promoted from Instructional Designer. Sophia W. also worked at LyondellBasell and Newpark as a Senior Instructional Designer, and at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company as an Organizational Capability & Training Specialist, all through e-Technology, LLC.

Additionally, Sophia has experience working as the Principal of sWh design & photography, where they specialized in design and photography. Sophia W. also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston-Downtown and held the role of an Instructional Designer, having been promoted from Web Developer.

Continuing their education, Sophia engaged in an extensive period of study from 2008 to 2019 with Landmark Worldwide. Although no specific degree was mentioned, their field of study during this time was Leadership and Coaching.
