Sandy Masciarelli

Sandy Masciarelli has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 2017, they served as an Education Success Partner at FranklinCovey, where they managed a portfolio of 163 Leader in Me schools in Southern California and provided support throughout their leadership journey. Prior to this, Sandy worked at Head Above Water, Inc. as a Swim Instructor for almost a decade, teaching private and semi-private swim lessons to individuals of all ages. Sandy also handled administrative tasks and played a role in developing teaching manuals, policies, and hiring new instructors. From 2013 to 2016, Sandy worked as a Theatre Teacher at St Mary's Academy, where they created and implemented a theater program curriculum and directed multiple plays and musicals. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, they served as the Circle "C" Director for Carnival Cruise Line, responsible for managing activities and events for 12-14 year olds on two ships, as well as creating new activities to be utilized across the fleet.

From 2006 to 2010, Sandy Masciarelli attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater.
