Rachel Masters possesses extensive experience in social policy, planning, and community development. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Social Policy and Planning at Frankston City Council since June 2012, Rachel leads the team responsible for statutory health and wellbeing planning, social policy, community infrastructure strategy, and disability access. Previous roles include Coordinator of Family & Youth Planning & Development, providing strategic leadership in social planning for families and youth, and Policy Adviser at the Department of Sustainability and Environment. Rachel's earlier positions include partnership development at Wokingham Borough Council, where strategic partnerships for local services were cultivated, and various roles focused on social policy and project management at multiple government agencies. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Monash University and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Marketing) from Chisholm Institute of TAFE.
