Kate Lane-Hill

Kate Lane-Hill is a seasoned professional in change management and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Change Management & Transformation at the Provincial Health Services Authority. With extensive experience at Fraser Health Authority since 2008, Kate has contributed as a leader in change practice, senior consultant, and guest lecturer, specializing in project management and change management education. Prominent involvement includes leading strategic priority initiatives and developing capabilities across the organization. Earlier experience includes change management leadership at BC Clinical and Support Services, extensive writing for Orca Book Publishers, and various roles in project management and administrative services. Kate holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature & Communications from Simon Fraser University, and a certificate in Project Management from The University of British Columbia.
