Carolyne Kearey

Carolyne Kearey is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various consulting and management roles. Currently serving as a Principal PMO Consultant at Harmonic Limited and Program Management Office Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since August 2023, Carolyne contributes to the integrated consultancy approach following the merger of the three firms. Prior roles include Senior PMO Manager at Aquila Air Traffic Management Services, where Carolyne established an international PMO capability, and Senior P3M Consultant at Nova Systems Europe, managing the PMO for Qatar Air Capability Programmes. Carolyne has also held significant positions at Vodafone, BAE Systems, and British Telecom, managing large-scale programs and driving organizational transformation initiatives. Carolyne holds a MA in Archaeology and a BA (Hons) in Ancient History & Archaeology from the University of Reading.
