Ilse Paniagua has extensive work experience in the field of data analysis and research. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Collaborative. In 2015, they held multiple roles at Cornell University, including Resident Advisor and Research Assistant. Additionally, they served as an ICPSR Summer Undergraduate Intern at the ICPSR at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research. In 2016, they became a Research Assistant at NORC at the University of Chicago, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Data Analyst at the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research. In 2019, they worked as a Survey Science Intern at SurveyMonkey and also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Coursera. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Graduate Consultant at the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan. They then joined Fraym, where they served as a Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst/Project Manager, and currently hold the position of Data Scientist.
Ilse Paniagua has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, which they completed before 2016. Ilse also attended Sciences Po from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued studies in Economics. Additionally, between 2018 and 2020, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Survey Methodology and Data Science from the University of Michigan.
