Paul Kolling

Paul Kolling is a recently retired commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. They served as a Senior Director in the Multifamily Capital Markets at Freddie Mac, where they co-directed activities within an $80 billion/year division, managed pricing levels, and led various securitization efforts. Prior to Freddie Mac, they worked as a Senior Risk Analyst at Entergy Services, Inc., where they provided regulatory support and led pricing analysis that resulted in significant savings. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from Tulane University and a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.
