Melissa Cohen is a seasoned professional in enterprise risk management with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Freedom Mortgage since March 2021, Melissa has previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Quality Control at Cenlar FSB and Director of Operational Risk Management at PHH Mortgage. Throughout the career, key accomplishments include the development of a Remediation Framework, execution of comprehensive Operational Risk programs, and leadership in implementing advanced Customer Relationship Management systems. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The College of New Jersey.
