Edgar de la Torre

Edgar De La Torre, EIT, currently serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Freeport-McMoRan since June 2016 and has held multiple positions within the same company, progressing from Electrical Engineer I to Electrical Engineer II. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Electrical Engineer at Integrated Technologies and Design and a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso. Edgar also completed an internship as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Freeport-McMoRan prior to that role. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, along with a certification in Power Engineering from New Mexico State University.
